One Call Now: New Feature

Keyword Opt-In and New Look for the Website


One Call Now is pleased to announce a new look and feel to the One Call Now website, and the new Keyword Opt-In feature, available now!

Keyword Opt-In

This new feature will allow recipients to opt in to receiving SMS and voice notifications from an organization. Recipients simply add themselves as a member of a subgroup by texting a keyword to our SMS code, from their device. Group leaders just need to set up their keywords and let their people know how to join!

Keyword Opt-In includes:

  • One FREE keyword per account!
  • The ability for potential subscribers to quickly and easily opt in to an organization’s notifications by texting a keyword to our SMS short code 22300 from their mobile phone.
  • Subscribers will then receive an automated reply message confirming their opt-in status and SMS and voice messages whenever notifications are sent to the subgroup assigned to the keyword.
  • Through the User Interface, an organization’s Group Leader can also opt in contacts by adding them to the subgroup associated with the keyword.

The Keyword Opt-In feature is a premium feature and must enabled by Customer Support. Reach out to your Account Manager for more information.

The side navigation menu and the page header have a fresh new look, but all the menus and options you always use are still there. Additionally, you will continue to see enhancements to the look and feel of the secure website over the next few months as we roll out our website makeover!
