Be You.

Hello! I’m A’Kyiah Stephens, and I am a 7th and 8th Grade ELA Special Education Teacher providing co-teaching services. I hold my bachelor’s degree and am currently pursuing my master’s degree in Special Education.

I believe that every student is unique, and my role as an educator should be shaped around the individual student. Because I co-teach in different classrooms, I enter each classroom with one goal: to help every student achieve greatness and reach their fullest potential. I believe in meeting students where they are, supporting their needs, and helping them recognize what they are capable of accomplishing.

Outside of teaching, I enjoy building positive relationships with students and being someone they know they can count on. ❤️
